Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
About The Role
Unique opportunity to work with our participants, managing aspects of their NDIS funded supports. An important part of your role will be to develop a collaborative working relationship with the customer groups & and their support networks.
This is a region-based position across the North East region and there may be an element of travel involved to meet with participants & their support network.
About You
- Demonstrated experience and a working knowledge in creating and implementing Participant Plans within a disability framework with NDIS scheme funding experience.
- Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.
- High level of problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
