About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for two full-time, 12-month fixed-term (parental leave) Finance Business Partners to work within our Finance Division.

The Finance Business Partner is accountable for managing funding across the divisions, providing financial analysis of the Divisions’ operations, and meeting all Divisional reporting requirements.

Your Key Focus

  • Achieve results and drives accountability – being results oriented, focused on driving accountability and delivering tangible outcomes that support Scopes strategic goals.
  • Engages people to build positive relationships – a focus on fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity and trust across the organisation.
  • Funding, reporting, budgeting, analysis and compliance. 
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. 

 

What We Look For

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in finance process management.
  • Proven capacity to work both strategically and operationally.
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership will all level managers and staff.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to critically analyse issues and develop and implement effective solutions.
