About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Project Manager to work within our Service Excellence Team within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) Program.
Scope has one of Australia’s largest providers for SIL services and the Service Excellence SIL Strengthening Program is integral to Scope’s strategic direction and is part of the broader, multi-year organisational transformation.
Your Key Focus
Using effective project management skills and methodologies, you will coordinate a range of deliverables with program leads that deliver more efficient and effective ways of working.
You will:
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to lead and and track progress on planned activities
- Develop and implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects including risk and contingency management
- Manage stakeholder relationships through provision of expert advice, effective communication and negotiation
- Develop and deliver performance reports and dashboards for ongoing monitoring and review
What We Look For
- Experience with service quality awareness
- Ability to demonstrate planning and coordination within the service stream
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in project management within Disability and / or Community Services sector
