About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Solution Architect to work within our One Scope program of work.
This role is responsible for driving the technical delivery of digital initiatives across client systems, with a focus on data migration, system optimisation, and the integration of emerging technologies. Reporting to the Head of One Scope Implementation, the role provides technical leadership, manages a Data Analyst, and partners with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs while supporting data governance and system growth.
Your Key Focus
- Provide technical leadership across digital system initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
- Lead the technical planning and delivery of system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the areas of data architecture, system design, and digital solution development.
- Oversee end-to-end data migration activities for system implementations, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
What We Look For
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Digital Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a digital, technical, or systems leadership role, ideally within a complex or service-based organisation.
- Demonstrated experience leading data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience in managing and developing team members, with a focus on coaching, performance, and capability uplift.
- Sound understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integration patterns across enterprise platforms.
