Join Scope as a Board Member 

Do you care about making life fairer and better for people with disability? Scope is looking for caring people to join our Board. You will help us make important choices and create a more welcoming Australia for everyone. 

Scope is one of the largest groups helping people with disability in Victoria and New South Wales. We help thousands of people and their families with things like living more independently, therapy, and learning to communicate and make decisions. Our goal is to help people with disability reach their dreams.

Who Should Apply? 

• People who know about running large scale disability services or similar. 

• People who have lots of experience managing financial accounting and/or corporate finance at a company worth more than $500 million. 

• People who have a track record of successfully growing a business through mergers and acquisitions. 

• People who have experience of turning around the finances of an organisation in the disability sector or a similar industry. 

• People who have helped businesses change. 

About Scope 

• We are a not-for-profit and a registered NDIS disability service provider. 

• We help more than 4,500 people with disability in Victoria and NSW. 

• Our services include Supported Independent Living, therapy, individual support, help with communication, and making decisions. 

• We have over 420 places where we work and more than 6,400 staff. 

• Our work follows the UN rules on the rights of people with disability. We believe in human rights and including everyone.
