About Your Role
Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Process Analyst within our AI & Automation Function.
Reporting to the Process Improvement Manager, you will partner with business stakeholders across the organisation to understand operational challenges, uncover improvement opportunities and prioritise automation and AI use cases.
Your Key Focus
- Contribute to end-to-end discovery, process mapping, solution scoping and change activities
- Identify and eliminate process waste using Lean methodologies
- Facilitate communication between business units, project teams and external vendors
- Support change initiatives by assisting stakeholders understand and adopt to new processes
- Evaluate potential risks and impacts of proposed changes
What We Look For
- 5> years’ experience in process analysis or business analysis
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience applying Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and optimise processes – Lean Six Sigma Green Belt advantageous
- Experience in designing future-state processes that support automation readiness
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently at a rapid pace
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
