Disability Support Worker ( DDSO1/1Q) – [H@S - Blair Street]

We have a 6-month Fixed Term Part-Time opportunity at 77 Blair Street, Portland, for a Disability Support Worker (DDSO1/1Q), from 20/04/25 until 04/10/25.

• Fortnight 1 total hours: 44.5
• Fortnight 2 total hours: 38.5

The role includes:

• Supporting our customers to live independently whilst providing a caring service (and the odd joke wouldn’t hurt either!)
• Manual handling including bending, lifting, and transferring and is very hands on, so suits active people who can perform these tasks
• Creating a pleasant environment for our Customers and yourself to enjoy – this can include outings, the odd trip to the movies or footy and more!
• Personal care work and support, including domestic/household tasks
• Being calm and confident in all situations
• Certificate IV in Disability ( or equivalence) is highly desirable
