We are seeking 4 vibrant and dedicated casual Disability Support workers (DDSO1/1Q) who has a passion for creating meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.
About the role:
- Provide warm, respectful, person-centred support that promotes dignity and independence
- Follow behaviour support strategies, routines, and safety procedures consistently
- Support participants with daily living, personal care, health routines, and community access
- Use calm communication and effective de-escalation to manage behaviours of concern
- Work confidently and independently while following structured support plans
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with the wider team
- Bring patience, reliability, and a calm, supportive approach to every shift
- Certificate IV in Disability (
or equivalence) is highly desirable
