- HEW 7 $101,858 - $112,156 + 17% Superannuation (pro rata, part time)
As a Coordinator, International (Student Mobility), you will:
- Plan, manage, and implement mobility study tour programs, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with universities and health services in target countries.
- Analyse and interpret data to support strategic decision-making and enhance international student mobility initiatives for the Faculty of Health.
- Develop, distribute, and maintain study tour processes and work instructions, ensuring alignment with Faculty-wide international and mobility teams.
- Oversee quotes, travel arrangements, and student application processes (via Terra Dotta) for School-led study tours.
- Coordinate international mobility opportunities, prepare external funding proposals (e.g., New Colombo Plan), manage associated funding, and provide training and resources for staff and student support teams.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience in technical or administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Knowledge of issues and policies affecting the higher education sector and university governance (desirable)
