As a Senior Officer, School Executive Support you will:
- Manage administrative processes to ensure the seamless operation and responsiveness of the Head of School’s office
- Provide specialised administrative support to the Head of School, including diary management and strategic contributions
- Implement specific projects and events, such as developing new processes, organise School meetings and events, and handling strategic submissions.
- Maintain systems and records, contribute to report preparations, facilitate school-wide communication, and undertake general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate various HR processes, including recruitment, contract management, performance reviews, academic promotions, honorary appointments, compliance training etc.
- Immerse yourself in secretariat support and coordination, contributing expertise to committees and regulatory functions within the dynamic School.
- Engage in process improvement activities, ensuring smooth operations by adhering rigorously to established work instructions, procedures, and policies.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and specialist knowledge in administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in administration, executive services and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures.
- Experience in operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face to face, phone and written issue.
- Project or Events management experience.
