We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Coordinator to join our Faculty Services, Strategic Initiatives team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy supporting impactful projects, and have a flair for coordination, communication and collaboration—read on!

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating and supporting a variety of initiatives that enable business improvement across faculties and the Faculty Services division.
  • Maintaining project schedules, communications and governance documentation to deliver outstanding outcomes for our stakeholders.
  • Identifying ways to make systems and processes better—and being empowered to act on them.
  • Supporting a team that values innovation, capability building and effective ways of working and communicating.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and management expertise in technical, project management and administrative fields; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

This opportunity is open to all current continuing, fixed-term and casual Deakin staff members only.
