As an Analyst, Enrolment Systems you will:
- Maintain and improve enrolment data accuracy by regularly reviewing student records and related processes to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate and execute key business processes such as enrolment invalidation, duplicate record resolution, and re-enrolment checks.
- Support systems and reporting by advising on enrolment processes, reporting SMS issues, ensuring government identifiers are in place, and assisting with SMS testing and documentation review.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including Deakin College, Deakin International, and university teams to ensure alignment, timely updates, and resolution of enrolment issues.
- Provide administrative and reporting support through ad hoc data extracts, cross-team collaboration, and contributing to broader team objectives.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A degree with substantial relevant experience, extensive technical or administrative expertise, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of admissions and enrolments processes, university administrative policies, government regulations, and experience with Student Management Systems.
- Proven ability in critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, and developing SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities, meet strict deadlines, and coordinate complex enrolment-related processes effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and contribute effectively within a small team environment.
