As a Digital Producer, you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns – from planning and production to optimisation and reporting.
- Apply Agile methodology to manage workflows, roadmaps, briefings, and Kanbans effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, comms, media, automation, analytics, and web to meet campaign goals.
- Develop clear channel plans and user journeys and translate them into actionable briefs for project teams.
- Drive high-quality outcomes by ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and continuously optimising digital experiences.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; a degree in marketing, multimedia, communications, or other related areas, with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience
- Extensive experience and specialist knowledge in digital marketing.
- Experience working in a digital project and campaign leadership role in a large organisation or digital agency.
- Proven ability to lead large scale digital projects and manage both internal specialist teams and external agency partners to deliver effective results
- Strong understanding of media strategies, advertising metrics and business analytics to drive data informed decision making
