As an Officer, Research Grants, you will:

  • Assist in the administration of the grants pre and post award process including data entry, progress updates and reporting.
  • Ensure a high-level of customer service, adhere to all quality requirements and participate in reviews of work practices to identify opportunities.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Research Funding Services leadership team, including the development of SharePoint sites, documented process maps and management of teams sites.
  • Collaborate closely with the Research Funding Services team including grants, tenders, major initiatives and research contracts ensuring that processes across the teams are aligned and documented.
  • Collect and analyse information and data to assist the Manager, Research Grants.

                                                                                                                                                                                      

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • Completion of a Post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
