As a Project Manager, you will:
- Fully scope, project manage, and deliver complex projects with competing deadlines, while providing high-quality service to all stakeholders
- Adopt appropriate project management methods and tools, managing the project change process and assessing and managing project risks
- Triage ad hoc projects and requests
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training (building, construction, architecture, engineering, IT, project management)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent)
- Direct relevant experience working as a project manager in physical infrastructure environment (specifically capital infrastructure and built environment projects plus construction project procurement and delivery methodologies)
- Significant proven experience in the delivery of high complexity projects with large stakeholders groups with proven ability to recognise and critically analyse stakeholders requirements.
- Working knowledge of commonly used construction contracts and accepted administration practises, construction industry including Building Codes (NCC), Australian Standards (AS), ISO Standards, Environmental and Sustainability Standards and Occupational Health and Safety Standards .
