About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our team, focused on ensuring the quality of our digital systems and applications through efficient and effective testing practices. In this role, you will design and execute test cases, with a strong emphasis on utilising automation tools to improve testing efficiency and consistency. Experience in security testing is desirable but not essential. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure systems meet business requirements and quality standards.

In this position, you will:

  • Design and execute functional, regression, and integration test plans for a range of systems and applications.
  • Utilise automation tools and scripting to enhance testing efficiency and ensure repeatable, high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and align testing strategies.
  • Identify and document defects, working with teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.
  • Optionally assist with security testing and vulnerability assessments as needed.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • A degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and expertise in testing and quality assurance practices; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated experience in test automation, including scripting and the use of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing across complex systems.
  • Desirable: Experience in security testing (e.g., vulnerability assessments, penetration testing).
