Drive innovation in Integration Architecture.
Leading a team of architects, you will be designing and overseeing the integration architecture of various systems and setting the enterprise standards and patterns, to enable seamless and robust communication across platforms.
You will also be supporting the Director of Integration in developing and implementing an organisation wide integration strategy.
About the role
The Senior Manager, Integration Architecture provides visible leadership of a team of professional roles and is responsible for the achievement of results for the team’s services and activities. The role manages the integration of activities within a function and collaborates across multiple practices and processes to achieve the engagement of a network of stakeholders with different contributions. The role is actively involved in and concerned with the influencing of others to achieve outcomes in alignment with university strategies and goals and drives changes which improve operational policies, practices and methods in integration architecture.
As the Senior Manager, Integration Architecture, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members in delivering initiatives, ensuring their growth and development.
- Build and inspire the team to design and maintain a comprehensive integration architecture that supports seamless data flow and system interoperability across the university's digital landscape and aligns with the university’s strategic priorities.
- Empower people to ensure various university systems are interoperable and can communicate effectively and that new and existing systems are properly connected and data flows seamlessly across different platforms.
- Manage the effective delivery of API architecture and the implementation and management of middleware solutions to support the integration of different systems.
To be successful, you’ll have
- Proven expertise in the management of significant human and material resources.
- Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience in Integration architecture in a large complex organisation.
- Knowledge of and technical expertise in aligning and implementing integration architecture.
- Experience leading an integration architecture team and project management skills.
- A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and integration architecture best practices in a large complex organisation.
