As a Research Fellow, you will:

  • Prepare and present research findings at the Tandem Summit event in June 2025
  • Build portfolio of policy and strategy influence, generation of products, services or other innovations with positive real-world impact
  • Work with partners and the CHL communication team to identify key dates for social media and external communication updates
  • Adopt and promote a culture of research excellence, innovation and impact
  • Build international reputation, based on growing, focused body of work recognised for quality, excellence and impact

                                                                                                                                                                                      

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • PhD in a relevant discipline, particularly leadership theory and research; and/or other relevant qualifications in leadership practice, and development
  • emerging reputation in research and scholarship through publications and/or exhibitions
  • success in obtaining external research funding
  • ability to make a contribution to professional humanitarian or international development communities through research
  • capacity to contribute to leadership of research and administration
