The Officer, Student Success is responsible for delivering consistent and efficient service to stakeholders and students through timely, accurate, and standardised information related to student success. The role anticipates common needs, offers self-service solutions, and resolves standard queries through established processes. As a primary point of contact for student success enquiries, the Officer, Student Success ensures that interactions are handled swiftly and effectively, prioritising operational consistency and high-quality service and works closely with team members across the Division on student success initiatives. Reporting to the Lead, Student Fairness and Operations, the Officer, Student Success works within a structured environment to deliver services that meet the needs of the University community.
