As an Officer, Examinations, you will:

  • Consult with available sources to gather relevant information on HDR examinations and seek the expertise and advise of other people as appropriate.
  • Understand HDR processes, prepare standard documents, manage records, track progress of work and identify key issues.
  • Deliver effective and efficient outcomes and outputs against team and operational work plans.
  • Collaborate closely with immediate team members in ways that are respectful and inclusive of others.
  • Engage in process improvement activities and adopt new ideas to improve HDR examination support process and practice                                                                                                                                                                                      

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • Completion of a Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or 
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Experience in providing high-level administrative support within a university environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience in providing efficient and friendly customer service in a busy office environment that incorporated a broad range of administrative tasks and systems.
