The Learning Designer will work with the learning developers and academic staff at the Land Combat College to analyse, design and develop Army learning packages, ensuring that content development maintains a contemporary focus aimed at delivering Army operational priorities. The Learning Designer will use advanced technology where appropriate and ensure the learning content is accessible for Army Reservists and employs learning approaches that will support the goal of obtaining a Future Ready Training System.
To be successful you will have:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative and engaging teaching and learning solutions focused on learning supported by educational technologies and to manage strategic change in teaching and learning.
- Experience working collaboratively and effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders and/or clients from business, government or community sectors and students.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Distil the core issues from complex information and draw accurate conclusions and present logical arguments that address the core issues.
- Condense complex information and next steps into simple concise terms that others can understand.
This role requires the incumbent to apply for and maintain a Working With Children Check.
