Are you passionate about equity, student success, and fostering inclusive higher education environments? We are seeking a dedicated Officer, Equity-first Students as Partners to support and enhance our Equity-first Students as Partners program.
This full-time, fixed-term position (until 31 December 2025) sits within the Student Outcomes team, as part of the Student Success division and offers flexible work arrangements. Reporting to the Coordinator, Equity-first Students as Partners, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring students and staff receive timely, accurate, and high-quality support while strengthening partnership opportunities and initiatives across the university.

As a, Equity-first Students as Partners Officer, you will:
- Provide accurate and timely responses to standard Equity-first Students as Partners program queries
- Serve as a first point of contact for students and academics
- Undertake a range of administrative tasks in line with university procedures and guidelines such as induction, space allocation, events and seminars
- Provide secretariat support and coordination for committees and other regulatory functions
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant experience; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience in student-staff partnership programs in a tertiary environment
- Experience in administration, document handling, customer service
