We’re looking for a proactive, detail-loving Coordinator to join our dynamic Change and Future Workforce team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy supporting impactful projects, and have a flair for coordination, communication and collaboration—read on!

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating a variety of initiatives that support organisational change and optimisation across Deakin.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional support for programs, workshops, and resources.
  • Maintaining project schedules, risk registers, communications and governance documentation to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Identifying ways to make systems and processes better—and being empowered to act on them.
  • Supporting a team that values innovation, capability building, and effective ways of working.

  • You’re confident navigating complex information and distilling it into clear, actionable steps.
  • You’ve got experience in administration and/or project coordination in a large organisation.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experience in administration and related activities in a large and complex organisation
  • Experience in project management and ability to manage stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
