As an Officer, Research Systems Support, you will:

  • Offer first-point resolution for research system issues, ensuring all interactions are effectively tracked and documented to maintain seamless operations.
  • Address service requests and incidents promptly, adhering to service level agreements and performance targets; escalate complex queries as necessary.
  • Efficiently manage and administer user access across multiple research systems, ensuring appropriate permissions and security protocols are upheld.
  • Conduct daily reviews of data feeders, rectifying errors and communicating potential enhancements to improve data quality; run health checks and notify stakeholders of issues to ensure data integrity.
  • Update and maintain training materials and knowledge articles, providing clear guidance on system management, policies, and procedures to support self-service data requests.            

 To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • Post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face to face, phone, and written issue.
