As a Creative Coordinator, you will:
- Act as the central point of contact for creative projects, ensuring smooth coordination across teams
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and resourcing to keep work on track
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, creatives, and marketing teams
- Support the development of creative briefs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Help coordinate and track budgets, invoices, and project documentation
- Assist with content creation and the delivery of assets for campaigns, websites, and social media
- Liaise with freelance talent, vendors, and suppliers to support production needs
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and keep workflows organised and efficient
- Play a key role in ensuring creative ideas are delivered seamlessly and on time
In a typical day or week, you might:
- Review project timelines and check in with designers and content creators on progress.
- Update task statuses and flag any blockers in Monday.com
- Join a creative review session to take notes and follow up on next steps
- Draft or refine a creative brief in collaboration with the Manager Brand, Manager Campaigns and Social Media or Director of Brand Marketing and Communications
- Coordinate with a freelancer about availability for an upcoming shoot or design job
- Liaise with media agencies to confirm specs and delivery timelines
- Upload finalised assets to SharePoint and ensure correct file naming and version control
- Schedule and attend meetings, sharing agendas and recapping actions
- Track budget spend and assist with processing an invoice or purchase order
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise in creative production or administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in developing, reviewing and recommending improvements to impactful creative approaches to campaigns and marketing initiatives, including design, photography, audio, video and advertising copy
- Experience in ensuring best-practice channel specific creative application.
- Experience in producing highly detailed production matrixes and acting as a producer to deliver.
- Experience in utilising and uplifting identity style guides, including Tone of Voice, Copy, Audio, Visual and Video Experience in design, copywriting, or editing is desirable.
