    As an Adviser, Payroll Services you will:

    • Provide expert advice and support on payroll policies, procedures, and complex staff enquiries including tax, superannuation, and leave entitlements.
    • Coordinate payroll administration processes including payments, adjustments, deductions, and terminations to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
    • Drive and support process improvements, data management, and reporting initiatives to enhance payroll service delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and enterprise agreement requirements, and promote awareness of payroll changes and updates.
    • Evaluate and improve systems and practices to boost efficiency, service quality, and foster a customer-focused culture.

                                                                                                                                        

    To be successful, you’ll have:

    • Experience delivering customer service in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment.
    • Knowledge of employment or payroll policies, procedures, and compliance requirements desired but not essential as on the job training will be provided to the successful applicant.
    • Skilled in managing diverse enquiries across face-to-face, phone, and written communication channels.
    • Proven experience providing support services within a large, complex organisation.
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications or a combination of education and experience in a related field.
