As an Officer, you will:

  • Support digital media setup, optimisation, and daily management under media specialists’ guidance.
  • Assist with financial and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate reporting, timely invoice processing, and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on creative assets and manage media tagging and data segmentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, follow local processes, and contribute to process improvements. Communicate clearly, adapt messaging to audience needs, and foster teamwork in a respectful, inclusive environment.
  • Take initiative, meet objectives, and deliver efficient outcomes aligned with team goals.

                                                                                                                        

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • Completion of a Post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. × Sound experience in digital media buying.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics.
  • Experience in Paid Search, as well as various social platforms.
  • Experience in any DSP Display Platform buying (DV360 is preferred but not required), and knowledge of trafficking with an ad server, such as CM360.
  • Experience within Media Agency is highly recommended but not required.
