As a School Administrative Officer, you will:
- Deliver high-level administrative support across committees, staffing, finance, and governance while ensuring compliance with University policies.
- Manage enquiries and confidential information with professionalism, supporting effective communication between staff, senior leaders, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, data, and spreadsheets to support planning, reporting, and decision-making activities.
- Provide end-to-end committee support, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to a wide range of school operations, including staff onboarding, teaching support, events, space management, and front-of-house services.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures.
- Experience in operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face to face, phone, and written issue.
