As a Learning Designer, you will:

  • Be part of a national initiative transforming disability inclusion in health professions education.
  • Design and deliver inclusive, accessible learning experiences for educators across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Collaborate with experts to create multimedia training resources, workshops, and case studies.
  • Apply evidence-based learning design to support sustainable change in health education.
  • Work flexibly in a dynamic, cross-institutional team committed to equity and innovation. 

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Hold a relevant degree with experience or possess extensive specialist knowledge in learning design or related fields.
  • Demonstrated expertise in inclusive learning design, including Universal Design for Learning principles.
  • Proven ability to design effective teaching, learning, and assessment materials, especially in health professions education.
  • Skilled in facilitating inclusive workshops across digital, face-to-face, and blended environments.
  • Capable of applying quality assurance processes and contributing to educational research and data analysis.
