As a Senior Manager, Research Contracts, you will:
- Shape strategic direction as a senior member of the Research Funding Services leadership team, aligning planning with the University’s research priorities.
- Lead, develop and resource a high‑performing research contracts team, fostering capability, service excellence and a strong ‘single point of contact’ culture.
- Oversee management of end‑to‑end research contract administration, including timely establishment of grant‑funded and commercial agreements, and management of complex or high‑value projects.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing policies, procedures, and team expertise through mentoring, training and collaborative knowledge‑building.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Proven expertise in the management of significant human and material resources.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Law or Business and extensive relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in university research management and/or leadership.
