As an Associate Research Fellow, you will:
- Design and conduct high quality, collaborative research with industry partners to improve outcomes for people with complex physical needs
- Translate evidence into practice through service evaluation, innovation, and real-world implementation
- Build strong partnerships with Kids+ and Cerebral Palsy Education Centre (CPEC) to deliver impactful, solution focused research projects
- Produce high impact outputs including publications, reports, and presentations with mentorship from senior researchers
- Contribute to a dynamic research team while developing your skills and growing your research career
To be successful, you’ll have:
- PhD in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent qualification, experience and demonstrated research in allied health, disability, health sciences or a related field
- Evidence of emerging research through publications and or other scholarly outputs relevant to the discipline
- Ability to conduct impactful research and contribute to community engagement and meaningful improvements
- Capacity to contribute across research, teaching, and administrative activities within a collaborative team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build effective relationships; experience in allied health, disability, and or paediatric settings is highly desirable
