The Role

The Brand Manager Marketing at Amana Living is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communications campaigns across various business areas, ensuring they align with the organization’s brand strategy. This role involves overseeing project management from start to finish, tracking performance against KPIs, and analyzing Return on Investment to gauge effectiveness. Based at the Head Office in Subiaco, this full-time position requires working from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and demands strong skills in campaign execution, performance monitoring, and strategic brand positioning.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support and contribute to brand positioning, brand media and comms strategy development, including workshops and agency planning process.
  • Responsible for delivery of initiatives or projects within the overall strategy, including campaigns, media plans, assets and owned platforms.
  • Monitor key metrics and set and track KPIs.
  • Analyse data and evaluate results to recommend ways to optimize, by running regular performance reviews.
  • Identify target audiences and developing effective campaigns, from brief development to execution.
  • Experience in the major marketing and comms disciplines (Advertising, Sales Drivers and Promotions, Pricing, POS and collateral materials, Events / Experiential)
  • Managing and supporting top agency partners to foster an environment of collaboration that facilitates great work, delivered to brief, on time and on budget.
  • Responsible for delivering channel-specific work. Own and drive action plans and calendars e.g. content calendars, events,
  • Support the coaching and development of a marketing coordinator, ensuring that they deliver outputs to a high standard.
  • Support Head of Marketing and media partners to develop effective and cost-efficient plans. Implement media activities and measure performance against key metrics
  • Apply knowledge of target audience data sources and insights, and knowledge of the dynamics of specific channels and platforms.
  • Manage and reconcile spend to budget, including reconciling Scopes of Work, campaigns and media to budget.
  • Ensure compliant payment process, accruals, etc. following organization’s financial policies.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs or maximize investments.

 

About you

The ideal candidate will have a background or experience in Marketing and Communications and will be skilled in executing Social Media Strategies, including those for Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. The candidate will exhibit strong communication skills, professional presentation abilities, and a proactive attitude, while also showing the capacity to understand and respond to financial performance data.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Evidence of COVID-19 and Current 2024 Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
  • Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks
  • Western Australian C Class Driver’s License
