About the role

As a Learning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our learning programs run smoothly and effectively. This role is offered on a part time basis (0.8 of FTE) (open to full-time depending on successful candidate)

You will:

  • Coordinate training schedules, programs, and resources across the organisation
  • Support the administration, and optimisation of learning systems and platforms, including accurate data entry and record management
  • Maintain training data and generate reports to monitor participation, compliance, and program effectiveness, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure learning is aligned, accessible, and well-supported
  • Provide responsive support to staff and leaders navigating learning pathways
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of how learning is planned, communicated, and delivered
  • Provide responsive, customer-focused support to staff and leaders, resolving enquiries effectively

Essential Criteria

  • Evidence of Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity) or NDIS Screening check
  • Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks
