The Role

As a Client Service Coordinator (Villages) you will identify and engage Retirement Living residents who may benefit from Amana Living's Home Care services. Working closely with Village Managers, the Home Care Sales Team and referral partners, you will build awareness of available services, foster trusted relationships and guide residents through their care journey. By connecting residents with the right support at the right time, you will enhance customer outcomes, increase service uptake and help ensure a seamless continuum of care across Amana Living's retirement living and home care services. This is a full time position based at our Subiaco Head Office.

You are a customer-focused professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for helping people access the support they need. Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders, you are proactive, organised and motivated by achieving positive outcomes for both customers and the business.

 

Key responsibilities

Home Care Sales (Amana Living Villages)

  • Identify potential clients who meet the criteria for Amana Living’s services and would be eligible for Home Care services, and or Support at Home funding.
  • Contact Village residents to establish a relationship with prospectives and generate leads.
  • Arrange meetings with perspective clients and their families.
  • Provide clear, simple information and explanations to guide potential clients in navigating their Aged Care journey.
  • Liaise with prospective clients and their families to ensure they have all the information required to make an informed decision given choice.
  • Actively review and follow up on Home Care referrals and interest in Home Care Packages
  • Coordinate, assist, support the prospective client’s process including referrals to internal and external means, help in preparing paperwork and signing agreements
  • Ensure that eCase records and waitlist is kept updated.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders within Amana Living to support best outcomes for inbound, and outbound clients as well as supporting the sustainability objectives of the Organisation.

Promoting Amana Living Home Care Services 

  • Plan and implement events, presentations, community-based sessions to promote Amana Living services.
  • Track responses from referrals, promotional activities, and campaigns.
  • Facilitate leads and referrals from Village residents’ friends, families, etc
  • Regularly attend village residents’ meetings to provide education and support for those residents wanting to learn more about and access Home Care Services.
  • Work with Our marketing team Update relevant sales websites with current images and property information.
  • Work with marketing team to develop materials for Village Managers to promote our services.

Promoting other Amana Living Services 

  • Refer any appropriate candidates to the Res Care sales team
  • Refer any appropriate candidates to the Respite Care team
  • Utilise Easy Meals promotional materials to grow awareness

Broader Organisation 

  • Stay up-to-date with RL upgrades, development, or divestment of portfolio opportunities, and develop sales plans accordingly.
  • Liaise and collaboration with broader Amana Living teams to provide the best outcome for our prospective clients and residents
  • Comply with Amana Living Policies and Procedures as set out in Amana Living Policy Manuals and the Charter of Residents’ Rights and Responsibilities, in addition to current legislation for Home Care

 

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a highly regulated/complex environment
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
  • Successful completion of pre-employment health form and reference checks
  • Evidence of Current Flu vaccinations
