THE ROLE

As a key member of the payroll team, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, reporting to the Payroll Team Leader.

Key responsibilities:

• Process of fortnightly end to end payroll and related tasks to strict deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy, as part of the wider team.
• Support the full employee life cycle including onboarding new starter setup on payroll and calculation and processing of termination payments.
• Prepare, balance and reconcile PAYG, Super, Salary Packaging and other deductions.
• Assist with resolution of payroll matters, role modelling excellent customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of Amana Living Enterprise Agreements, relevant Awards, legislation and regulations with a solid understanding of how they apply to payroll, so as to ensure compliance.
• Continually look for ways to do things better, we love improvements.

Selection Criteria:

• Experience with FRONTIER Chris21 payroll software (preferred)
• Proven ability to manage complex payroll processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
