Purpose 

The People and Culture Administration Officer provides essential administrative support to the People and Culture department and associated teams. This role ensures the accurate and timely handling of data, documents, and communications, and plays a key part in coordinating student placements when supporting the Learning and Organisational Development function. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

Administrative Support 

  • Maintain a friendly and professional reception service for all visitors to ALTI (Rivervale location). 

  • Accurately enter data into electronic systems and databases. 

  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, record maintenance, and office organisation. 

  • Retrieve and provide requested documents and files as needed. 

  • Manage and respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally. 

  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents, information, and communications. 

  • Verify data accuracy and correct errors to maintain up-to-date records. 

Collaboration and Teamwork 

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to meet administrative needs. 

  • Collate student information and support student placements at Amana Living Residential facilities. 

Other Duties 

  • Perform overlapping duties with other administrative assistants in the People and Culture team as required. 

  • Support additional administrative functions aligned with departmental needs.

  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities. 

Essential Requirements 

  • National Police Clearance Certificate (issued within the last 6 months). 

  • Proof of current influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations in accordance with Amana Living policies. 

  • Successful completion of a pre-employment medical assessment & reference check
