Sacred Heart Catholic School is a Catholic co-educational school offering Kindergarten to Grade 6 education. We have provided a quality, child-centred education for students in the Huon Valley Region for over 80 years. Today, a dedicated and professional staff team carry on the spirit and traditions of our founders, the Sisters of Saint Joseph.

Utility Officer
1.0 FTE

The school is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Utility Officers who are able to demonstrate a commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education.

To be eligible applicants require:

• High level interpersonal and organisational skills
• A willingness to work in a team environment
• Experience in maintenance, gardens, grounds and general cleaning
• Experience in WHS practices an advantage
• Ability to organise and communicate with contractors/businesses
• Current or willingness to acquire and maintain a Satisfactory National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Registration.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.
