Administration Assistant to the Leadership Team

Ongoing – 30.5 Hours Per Week - Term Time Only

Commencing 11 August 2025

St Paul’s Catholic Primary School is located approximately 20 km north of Hobart in the outer suburbs and caters for families in the Brighton area and beyond. The core values and mission of the school are based on Gospel Values and include a strong emphasis on promoting the value of each child in the school, as well as a recognisable culture of caring and pastorally supporting all students and families.

We are looking for a passionate, engaging and driven candidates that can support the provision administrative services to the leadership team.

As the Administration Assistant, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple leadership teams, ensuring efficient coordination and communication.
  • Assist in preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain accurate student records and assist in implementing support programs.
  • Coordinate internal communications and support event coordination.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have general administration and finance experience and
  • Be competent in all facets of general office administration, and
  • Have a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a wider team environment.
