St James Catholic College, a Kindergarten to Year 10 co-educational College located in the picturesque township of Cygnet in the Huon Valley is seeking applications from suitably qualified, innovative and enthusiastic teachers for the following position:

Health & Physical Education Teacher

(Primary Years)

0.6 FTE Limited Tenure

13 October 2025 to 18 December 2025

• Actively engage and encourage parents to be involved in their child’s education through a variety of opportunities.
• Be willing to participate fully in the life of the school.

Essential Requirements:

• Have appropriate qualifications for the position
• Hold current WWVP employment registration
• Hold current registration to teach in Tasmania

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.
