Regional NDIS Coordinator - South-East QLD (8hrs/week/permanent part-time)

About Us

Owned by Ramsay Health Care, Ramsay Health Plus (RHP) is an allied health provider with over 40 locations across Australia.  Having experienced significant growth in many of our locations, we are looking to expand our footprint into the disability services sector and seek an enthusiastic individual to drive the delivery and growth of our NDIS Service across south-east Queensland.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to work with a number of our ‘Ramsay Health Plus ‘sites across south-east Queensland, supporting our growth into the NDIS Services Space.

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving NDIS-related growth across all sites, through business development and promotion.  The successful applicant will also play a role in implementing any changes required for smooth/efficient NDIS operations and carry out tasks necessary for continued compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards.

This role is ideal for a suitably experienced Allied Health professional looking to expand on his/her leadership and management skills/experience, whilst still maintaining a clinical caseload.

The 8 hours/week required for this role can be condensed into a single workday or broken up across the week – to fit around a clinical caseload at one or more of the RHP clinics in the region, and the operational requirements of the business.

The successful applicant will have the ability to support all other locations within the south-east Queensland region (Gold Coast /Brisbane / Ipswich) through regular liaison and/or travel to each as needed.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, an innate ability to connect with people, be adaptable to change, and be a team player. Most importantly, you will have a passion for driving high quality disability service provision and development.

Essential Criteria

  • Allied Health Degree (OT / PT / EP / SP / Diet) with current AHPRA/peak body registration
  • Must hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (NDISWC) (or willingness to obtain)
  • Completion of NDIS ‘Safety, Quality & You’ e-learning module
  • Drivers Licence (and own car)
  • Minimum of 3 years Clinical Experience
  • Business Development Experience (highly desirable)
  • NDIS Service Delivery Experience (highly desirable)

Remuneration

Grade 3 Allied Health Professional (as outlined in the RHC & QLD Health Professionals EBA)

Additional rewards for exceptional performance may be provided on a discretionary basis.

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
