The Opportunity

In this role you will lead graduate recruitment, overseeing the entire process from attracting to onboarding candidates. You’ll shape impactful campaigns, drive innovation, and ensure a positive, engaging experience for all candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Ramsay to develop and execute a comprehensive graduate recruitment strategy.   
• Develop and execute Ramsay’s continuous early-career talent pipeline strategy and processes.
• Develop Ramsay’s Education Provider Connect Strategy to build a pipeline of suitable graduates.
• Identify and implement innovative strategies to expand and diversify the graduate pipeline.
• Lead and develop a small team to effectively coordinate graduate recruitment activities.
• Proactively engage with key stakeholders to communicate graduate recruitment progress, trends, and opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in graduate / early careers recruitment or similar role
• Experience in bulk and campaign recruitment
• Experience coordinating recruitment across large, multi-site organisations
• Good working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets (excel)
• Strategically minded with a desire to grow the graduate pipeline
• A growth mindset and high levels of curiosity demonstrated through keeping up with industry trends and a proven ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Excellent data and analytics skills, with the ability to review large volumes of data to gain insights and inform decision making
• Proactive and outcome focused, with a demonstrated ability to make decisions as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
