The Process Framework and Tools Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and optimising Ramsay’s Business Process Management capability, including the Ramsay Global Process Framework and process architecture, and our usage of the SAP Signavio Process Management tool.

To do this, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Ramsay’s businesses to align the Process Framework and Signavio’s features with strategic business goals. Your expertise will support the successful delivery of process management and improvement within projects and programs.

This role will require the successful candidate to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure their current and future needs are met. This requires building a deep understanding of the organisation and how services are delivered to key customer groups, allowing you to align solutions with business objectives effectively.

 

This role will involve, but is not limited to:

  • Act as a SME in the Ramsay Global Process Framework (which includes process architecture, process governance, process modelling, and process management approaches), sharing this knowledge broadly with the business. This will include working with our Global process teams located in the UK and Europe to maintain alignment of the Framework, including occasional out-of-hours calls.
  • Mentor and train team members and stakeholders to build organisational capability in process management and modelling capabilities.
  • Administer the SAP Signavio process management tool, ensuring it aligns with organisational needs. You will manage configurations, recommend enhancements and oversee ongoing maintenance to optimise both performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with project teams and provide subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle to ensure effective process modelling and improvements are delivered.

 

About You

The successful candidate will not need detailed technical skills but is able to work with our Technology teams to ensure our process management tools are functioning correctly.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Deep understanding of process management frameworks and methodologies including the use of process architecture in an organisation
  • Proven experience in managing and optimising SAP Signavio, including Signavio Process Modelling and Process Intelligence capabilities (or similar process mining tools)
  • Strong familiarity with process modelling methodologies such as BPMN 2.0
  • Experienced in working with business users to build process maturity in an organisation
  • Demonstrated business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative and respectful approach to cross-functional interactions
  • Expert at cultivating and maintaining key stakeholder relationships to ensure their current and future needs are met

 

Desirable:

  • Experience within the Health Care setting is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with process improvement concepts such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Exposure to statistical analysis and reporting
