Ramsay Health Care has a fantastic opportunity for a eLearning Developer to join our Learning and Organisational Development team on a 6-month, full-time basis.

The eLearning Developer will work under the guidance of the Learning Designer and Learning Specialist - HRIS to develop and execute high-quality eLearning content that supports Ramsay Health Care’s Workday implementation.

In this role, the eLearning Developer will bring engaging eLearning modules, simulations and multimedia to life to support workforce adoption of the Workday platform. You will focus on executing content that aligns seamlessly with our design standards and project goals, making each learning experience impactful and interactive.

 

Your Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar to develop interactive learning content specifically for HRIS implementations.
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to execute designs provided by senior team members to support system adoption and HRIS training.
  • Strong proficiency in multimedia creation, including video editing, animations, and simulations (e.g., Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite), specifically tailored to training on enterprise systems.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to ensure that all learning materials meet Ramsay’s Design Standards and WCAG 2.1 guidelines for accessibility.
  • Ability to work effectively under guidance, executing tasks and project deliverables in alignment with the needs of the WorkDay implementation project.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to format and prepare learning resources.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines

 

Desirable:

  • Experience working in healthcare or a similar industry, with a focus on supporting digital transformation and system adoption through eLearning.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and uploading courses or content related to system training (e.g., WorkDay or similar HRIS).
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and making minor adjustments to eLearning modules.

 

Remuneration

A pro rata rate of base annual salary $70k - $80k + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications.
