About the Role
As part of our growing and diverse clinical team, the successful candidate will be facilitating inpatient group treatment. The current team takes a patient centered and dynamic approach to the care of our patients and the successful applicant will share our passion.
The successful applicant will be based in our inpatient programs unit and provide psychological support and group education to patients on this unique program. The applicant will have the support of a multidisciplinary team and participate in the ongoing development of services.
This role is one day per week single facilitating our CBT day program and 2 days per week facilitating group programs on our adolescent and young adult unit as part of the multidisciplinary team. Set days are required for this role due to these programs being existing and current.
The applicant needs to have demonstrated confidence in group facilitation and engagement of patients across age groups.

You Skills and Experience
- Accredited undergraduate degree in Psychology, APHRA registered and unrestricted general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Experience facilitating group therapy using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be self-motivated and function autonomously whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

Remuneration
As per the EA based on proof of hours and level of experience.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
