Pindara Private Hospital Theatre Department is searching for enthusiastic Anaesthetic Technician, Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse to join the team.

The Role
Joining our Anaesthetics team across our Theatre department, you will work as part of a dedicated and professional team that see a broad range of specialties.
This role will see you ensure safe surgical outcomes are achieved and hold the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical and clinical support to the Anaesthetist during induction, maintenance and emergence from anaesthesia
- Respond to unexpected outcomes and use problem solving skills to respond to emergencies in the Perioperative department
- Compliance with all legislative requirements in the workplace
Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster is critical for this role.
Your Skills and Experience
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
- Diploma of Anaesthetic Technology (or similar)
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience as an Anaesthetic Nurse/Technician
- Paediatric anaesthetic experience highly desirable
- Strong knowledge and understanding of issues associated with the perioperative setting
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster a positive and cohesive culture
- Self-motivated and able to work as an effective team member with minimal supervision
