An exciting Permanent fulltime opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse to join our General Medicine and Rehabilitation team at Hollywood Private Hospital. Work for a well-respected global health care industry!
 
About the Role
 
With our General Medical and Rehabilitation ward, we are seeking dedicated a Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team as integral members. Working alongside a professional clinical team that is made up of Doctors, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals, you will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality care in which our department is renowned for. This will involve, but is not limited to;
• Assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating care delivery needs of patients;
• Checking, preparing and administering medications in accordance with registration requirements, relevant legislation and organisational policies; and
• Treating all customers with respect and equality whilst meeting all aspects of their care in a timely and professional manner.
• Flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster is essential for this role.
 
About You
 
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset within a hospital setting, with current General Medical and Rehabilitation experience. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will assist in delivering exceptional customer service skills and dealing with patients, families and colleagues with courtesy, consideration and sensitivity.
 
You will also bring
 
• Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Min 12 months experience working in General Medical or Rehabilitation 
• Ability to use initiative, self-motivation, work as a team member with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of and participation in Quality Improvement process
• Demonstrated skills and knowledge, consistent with contemporary practice
• Knowledge of legislation relevant to mental health services
 
Remuneration
 
On offer is a full-time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from $75,436.57 - $99,268.14 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr8)

Requirements
 
• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
