About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered and Enrolled Nurse to join our 24-bed Mental Health Unit, caring for patients admitted for mental health and drug and alcohol programs
This role is ideal for someone with strong planning and prioritisation skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage rapidly changing situations that impact patient care and workload.
Reporting to the relevant manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Your Skills and Experience
You will be a supportive mentor with a passion for seeing your team members succeed and grow while bringing a passion for a high level of client care and service.
You will also bring:
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse/ Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum one (2) year acute hospital experience
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
- Demonstrated clinical skills and experience within mental health nursing
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
Remuneration
RN On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8)
EN On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $35.78 - $39.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD EEN level 1-2 gr1-gr6
