Associate Nurse Unit Manager
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the leadership team of our Patterson Ward at The Avenue Private Hospital in Windsor as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager.

About the Role
In this role you will be joining our Paterson Ward. The ward specialises in caring for patients recovering from Orthopaedic procedures, specifically joint replacement surgery.
This role will suit an experienced Orthopaedic Nurse with management aspirations or experience to step into a key leadership role in the department.
The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively and consult with doctors to ensure the best practice and patient outcomes are achieved. In the ANUM role you will also closely monitor and assist the Nurse Unit Manager with human and equipment resource management.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a Registered Nurse with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will bring a capacity to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and act as a passionate mentor to junior staff.
Extensive specialty experience within Orthopaedic Care will be essential for this role.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- 5 years minimum experience as a Nurse in an acute care setting.
- Clinical leadership and team leadership experience will be highly regarded.
- Flexibility to work a full night-duty roster.
- Any postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded, though not essential.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $55.92 - $ 57.76 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager yr1-yr2)

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
