The Opportunity
The Clinical Trials Assistant ensures that a high quality, professional and efficient research service is consistently provided in accordance with Good Clinical Practice and appropriate clinical trial regulations.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement – capable of managing multiple tasks and consistently delivering work to a high standard, even under pressure.
- Proactive and able to follow-through on assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a small team across all aspects of clinical trial coordination.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable navigating changing priorities and committed to supporting team and business needs to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively across multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent administrative skills, understanding of medical terminology and computer literacy, i.e. Excel spreadsheets, Word, Outlook and hospital database operation
Preferable criteria:
Worked in an oncology operating environment
