North West Private Hospital is seeking passionate Anaesthetic Nurses and Anaesthetic Technicians to join a supportive, patient focused team.
In this role, you will:
• Assist the Anaesthetists during induction, maintenance and emergence from anaesthesia
• Act quickly and calmly in response to unexpected situations and emergencies in the department
• Ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality care at every step
• Maintain compliance with all workplace health, safety, and legislative requirements

Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have the flexibility to work early or late shifts with on call components.
You will also demonstrate the following:
• A minimum of 1-year acute hospital experience
• Diploma of Anaesthetic Technology (or similar) qualification as an Anaesthetic Technician or AHPRA registration as a Nurse
• Strong clinical skillset
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Must have current working rights within Australia to be considered
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
• Any post-graduate perioperative qualifications will be highly regarded
Remuneration
A base hourly rate, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive to penalties or allowances:
Enrolled Nurses: $35.78 - $39.96 + superannuation (QLD EEN level 1-2 gr1-gr6)
Registered Nurses: $41.89 - $54.01 + superannuation (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8)
Anaesthetic Technicians: $35.53 - $37.74 + superannuation (QLD Support Services Level 4-5)
